Cabo da Roca - the westernmost europe point
This amazing day tour takes you to the westernmost point of Europe.
Located at 38° 47´ North and 9° 30´ West, Cabo da Roca offers a breath-taking view over the Atlantic Ocean and over the Serra de Sintra and is also an important coordinate for those who navigate along the coast. It is the westernmost part of the European continent which will be indicated on the certificate visitors get as a souvenir.
This small adventure starts along the coast of Cascais until the beach “Praia do Guincho”, continues amidst a fantastic landscape between Serra de Sintra and the Atlantic Ocean and ends in Cabo da Roca. Here all you have to do is enjoy the unique view and taste a delicious lunch in a typical restaurant.
The way back is made by transfer but the bravest ones may return on their bikes.
