Within one of the most impressive scenery of the Algarve, lays the small village of Sagres with its sea cliffs and the 15th century fortress high above the ocean.
Its isolated beauty and its wild and windy beaches set Sagres apart from the other villages in the Algarve.
Sagres is very popular, particularly amongst sunbathers and surfers. Away from the holiday villas, bars and restaurants, is the busy port and the lively marina.
From the tip of Ponta de Sagres there are great views up the coast to cape “Cabo São Vicente”.
