Within one of the most impressive scenery of the Algarve, lays the small village of Sagres with its sea cliffs and the 15th century fortress high above the ocean. Its isolated beauty and its wild and windy beaches set Sagres apart from the other villages in the Algarve. Sagres is very popular, particularly amongst sunbathers and surfers. Away from the holiday villas, bars and restaurants, is the busy port and the lively marina. From the tip of Ponta de Sagres there are great views up the coast to cape “Cabo São Vicente”.

Day 2 - Walking from Sagres to Cabo São Vicente - Yoga afternoon session

We start this walking tour along the west coast. The tracks will lead you to Cabo de São Vicente with its Light House with one of the biggest lamps in the world.

Yoga - Evening session: A complete session with stretching and hips opening, which are essential after hours of walking. Specific breathing exercises will be part of the session to help balance and relax the nervous system and as a preparation for meditation and relaxation practice. Relaxation will be combined with ancient meditative instruments: Tibetan Singing Bowl.

Day 3 - Walking from Sagres to Ingrina - Yoga afternoon session

This walking day takes you to Ingrina Beach. It is a 10km walk until the beautiful beach of Ingrina. Here you can have your picnic lunch and wait for the transfer that takes you back to the Hotel.

Day 4 - Walking from Salema Beach to Praia da Luz - Yoga afternoon session

Early morning transfer to the starting point in Salema Beach.
This walking day takes you to Praia da Luz. It is a 11,5kms walk until the beautiful beach of Luz. On km 6 you will arrive to Burgau beach, a small fishermen’s beach where you will find a place for a recovery drink.

Day 5 - Walking from Praia da Luz to Lagos - Yoga morning session

It is a short but beautiful walking day. The view from Ponta da Piedade and all the beaches before you arrive to the centre of Lagos offers you an unforgettable landscape.
Lagos city was the departure point of several maritime expeditions and its harbour, due to its geographical position, became an important business centre since the XV century. Today, the economic activity of the city relies on tourism mainly due to its singular beaches, that are unique in terms of variety and quality. Among these, the famous Dona Ana beach, one of tourists’ favourite, stands out with its golden rock formations and natural caves that can be visited by boat. Lagos has an exciting night life with countless entertainment options and is the ideal spot to finish any walking tour. Most of the city centre streets are for pedestrians only and are packed with bars, restaurants, shops and other offers that will make your stay a memorable one.

Yoga - Morning session: A practice to wake up, open and stretch the body. Easy - No walking experience necessary. No hills or not steep hills, short duration. Medium - A little longer, with some hills that are not steep or only a few hills but steep. Diffcult - Requires good physical condition. Are usually long, with several hills of all type.
The participants should take into account the terrain and the km/miles of each track and be sure to check in advance that they are in good physical condition to do it.
