“The Complaints Book platform is the Complaints Book in electronic format, it is a measure of the “SIMPLEX + 2016” program that involves the Directorate-General for Consumers and the regulatory bodies of the various sectors of activity.

Here you can file your complaint and/or request information on issues related to essential public services (electricity, natural gas, water and waste, electronic communications and postal services) and various other sectors of economic activity.”
